Unbelievable service and concerns from all these people. Although I have only dealt Jerry at the Lindale location. And talked with the people in Longview since October 2017. They are the best at what they do. That is making sure that when you leave with the hearing device(s)of your choice.,they will work especially made for your need. Not some device that just amplifies all sound. And I do mean ALL noise. But, one fine tuned to help in your hearing loss area(s). I have gone through 3 other hearing
aid companies and these people have just been wonderful for me in the last few mounts, and I don’t see them changing anytime soon. I can now hear the birds and insects outside that I have not heard in years. Try these people and work with them through your hearing loss problems and I do not believe you will be dissatisfied.
